Uncompensated Packaged Pressure Sensors
Designed for a broad range of high volume, OEM manufactures of various consumer, automotive, medical and industrial products, the SM5300 and SM5400 series Sensors are uncompensated, meaning that the sensor output is directly from the silicon sensor chip. Thus they are allowing customers to embed low cost pressure sensors into their own circuitry.
Both series are available for Standard Pressure (from 0-5 psi to 0-100 psi FS) and Low Pressure (from 0-0.15 to 0-3 psi FS)
