Designed for a broad range of high volume applications including OEM manufacture
of various consumer, automotive, medical and industrial products, the SM5400 series
sensors are uncompensated, meaning that the sensor output comes directly from the
silicon sensor chip. This enables customers to embed low cost pressure sensors into
their own circuitry.
Both series are available for Standard Pressure (from 0-5 psi to 0-100 psi FS) and
Low Pressure (from 0-0.15 to 0-3 psi FS)
