Digital & Analog Sensor Systems

The signal-conditioning ASIC used in the analog & digital pressure sensor systems provides an amplified analog and a digital 12-bit or 16-bit I2C output. Both outputs can be used in parallel. The analog output is radiometric with the supply voltage, which is 3.3 V or 5 V respectively. The systems come in a standard JEDEC SOIC-16  package with various porting options (dual vertical, dual horizontal and single vertical) or a JEDEC SOIC-10 package. These allow for flexibility in the application. Available pressures range from 0.15 PSI  to 15 PSI. Most pressure ranges are available in a gauge, differential or asymmetric differential configuration and with a compensated temperature range of –20˚C to +85˚C.

 

 

Low Pressure Sensor (SM7X91)

The SM7291, SM7391 & SM7491 are a low pressure MEMS sensor family offering digital and analog output options. The low pressure devices measure pressure in a range from 0.15 PSI to 0.29 PSI. The fully compensated sensor systems are available in gauge and differential pressure configuration packaged in JEDEC standard SOIC-16 package with both dual vertical and dual horizontal porting options or in a SOIC-10 package with a single vertical port.

Low Pressure Sensor (SM6X91)

The SM6291, SM6391 & SM6491 are a low pressure MEMS sensor family offering digital and analog output options. The low pressure devices measure pressure in a range from 0.3 PSI to 0.79 PSI. The fully compensated sensor systems are available in gauge and differential pressure configuration packaged in JEDEC standard SOIC-16 package with both dual vertical and dual horizontal porting options or in a SOIC-10 package with a single vertical port.

Low Pressure Sensor (SM5X91)

The SM5291, SM5391 & SM5491 are a low pressure MEMS sensor family offering digital and analog output options. The low pressure devices measure pressure in a range from 0.8 PSI to 2.49 PSI. The fully compensated sensor systems are available in gauge and differential pressure configuration packaged in JEDEC standard SOIC-16 package with both dual vertical and dual horizontal porting options or in a SOIC-10 package with a single vertical port.

The SM4291, SM4391 & SM4491 are a medium pressure MEMS sensor family offering digital and analog output options. The medium pressure devices measure pressure in a range from 2.5 PSI to 14.9 PSI. The fully compensated sensor systems are available in gauge and differential pressure configuration packaged in JEDEC standard SOIC-16 package with both dual vertical and dual horizontal porting options or in a SOIC-10 package with a single vertical port.
